1. CrossFit- The Sport of Fitness

CrossFit is an incredibly effective strength and conditioning program. The CrossFit methodology will prepare you for life and sport better than any other training regime in existence today. "Constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity" - this is the definition of CrossFit. Always varied, never boring, always challenging.

2. WynFIT- Functional Interval Training

High-intensity core strength and conditioning program that delivers GUARANTEED RESULTS! This 45-minute workout will challenge your body in a variety of ways. The best parts of CrossFit without the barbell. Designed and programmed daily to accommodate any fitness level or age (11 yrs.+). WynFIT is also the ideal stepping stone to prepare you to move on to CrossFit classes if that is your desire.

3. Personal Training

You will work directly with one of our experienced, certified trainers to set up the perfect plan tailored to your needs, schedule, and goals. We will push you to attain those goals and hold you accountable. These one-on-one sessions are typically 1 hour long but can be shorter (30 minutes) or longer, tailored for you.

4. On Ramp- aka Fundamentals

This is our fundamentals course for all of those who are new to CrossFit. The program provides an optimal learning environment within a small group setting. Class size is capped at 6, but typically has just 2-4 people to ensure each individual receives adequate instruction and attention. This beginner's course is 4-sessions to be completed your first week before joining regular CrossFit classes. In it, you will learn all the fundamental and foundational movements as well as basic techniques to be successful in class. You will also become familiar with the barbell and the other implements as well as the terminology we use in CrossFit every day.

5. Nutrition

There's a saying in CrossFit - "you can't out-train a poor diet." Not only do we provide you with the physical tools to achieve your fitness and body composition goals, we can also provide you with the nutritional guidance to achieve those goals more quickly. Ask us about a plan tailored to your needs whether that be a desire to lose weight or gain muscle/ weight or just maintain a healthy athletic lifestyle.

6. Yoga

We are excited to re-introduce yoga to our CrossFit Wynwood/ WynFIT community. Develop a mind/body awareness that will help you further discover and improve body alignment, stretching, mobility, and range of motion (ROM). Additionally, you can experience the many health benefits a yoga practice offers to continue to compliment your fitness and growth as an athlete. We offer yoga classes every Thursday evening as a compliment to our regular "Active Recovery Thursday" programming.
