Warm-up (No Measure)
#1: Team Row (Teams of 3)
Row 1700m (No straps / switching every 150) Once off the rower perform 5 push ups and 10 squats
#2 After 1700m are completed, team of 3 must complete 60 burpees
2 athletes must alternate every rep until you reach 60, 3rd athlete hangs from bar . . . reps only count when the athlete is hanging, when the athlete drops you must rotate.
